48 hours of scheduled appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided clients

We will not service aggressive
dogs or cats

Dogs must be licensed by
the City and dog tags must be attached to their leashes or harnesses

We do not accept dogs who bark
continuously

All vaccination shots, flea
protection and other shots required by the law must be adhered to

All dogs must have leash or
harnesses for dog walking

There is a $30.00 charge for
returned checks

Food, medication, water,
clothes, rain-coats, cleaning supplies and all other items must be
supplied by clients. We are only provide services

All grooming are performed in
your home, all supplies must be supplied by parent, estimate will be given
upon arrival

Upon arrival all services

Client must provide emergency
contact information for their dog’s Veterinarian/Hospital/Other in case of an emergency
