Payment is due on date of service
We accept cash or payments via Paypal.com
We do not pack walk, only with siblings
Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. If 48 hours notice is not provided clients will be billed for visit/service in full. If special circumstances arises, and doesn’t allow 48 hours notice, we will assess accordingly.
Reservation is required to insure your appointment is booked.
We will not service aggressive dogs or cats
Dogs must be licensed by the City and dog tags must be attached to their leashes or harnesses
We do not accept dogs who bark continuously
All vaccination shots, flea protection and other shots required by the law must be adhered to
All dogs must have leash or harnesses for dog walking
There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks
Food, medication, water, clothes, rain-coats, cleaning supplies and all other items must be supplied by clients. We are only provide services
All grooming are performed in your home, all supplies must be supplied by parent, estimate will be given upon arrival
Application must be completed prior to consultation date
Home consultation is required for all services
Upon arrival all services performed in your home will be logged using our Doggie Log In/Out Sheet
Client must provide emergency contact information for their dog’s Veterinarian/Hospital/Other in case of an emergency
A one time $10.00 application processing fee will be assessed
Clients must provide entry to their home for services to be performed, options 1, 2, 3 are:
1. Be home to let us in 2. Provide an extra set of keys (stored with us) 3. Leave a set of keys in an accessible area for us to pick-up and return after service.
Option 2, while keys are in our care, we are responsible to replace if lost or stolen. Option 3, we will not be liable in any shape or form for stolen or lost keys. Others may or may not have access to your home and could know the whereabouts of your keys.
